Hoffman’s Fine Pastries was established in December 1984 by Ed and June Hoffman. Although ownership has changed hands we remain committed to the high quality and exacting standards set by the Hoffmans. The result of which has led to several awards, most recently the cover of the 2009 Seattle Metropolitan Bride and Groom.
